Vida Healthcare introduced Omura for the benefit of their workforce with the aim to share information through multiple department stream. However, Vida soon realised that another use for Omura was for the benefit of family and friends of people living in Vida’s care homes. Regardless of geographical location, Family Omura enabled Vida to communicate daily life at their homes for example, activities, menus, wellbeing schedule and other information which left family members who are unable to visit the homes reassured and connected.
